These Capos are designed to be used on six string guitars. For example, Dobro, Lap Steel, and Weissenborn. 

 The primary metal component is made of 6061 aircraft aluminum, with a mahogany wood laminate applied to the surface that rests on the strings when the Capo is installed on your guitar.

The tone bar is made of hardened brass. The muting bar core is either phosphor bronze or 316 stainless steel. The muting sleeves are made of high density urethane plastic. 

These ship with two tightening nuts, one phosphor bronze and one 6061 aircraft aluminum. 

These Capos produce a unique volume, tone and sustain and will adapt to guitars with a minimum fret to string height of – 5/16 – inch and a fret length of 2-1/4 inches. 

The primary aluminum component with the mahogany laminate, rests on the strings behind the muting bar and tone bar to provide additional muting and eliminate over tones.
