This Capo is designed for 6 string “Lap” type guitars...Dobro, Lap Steel, Weissenborn...other, with a minimum string height of 5/16 inches, measured at the first fret, and a 2-1/4 inch fret length.

The Body material is Corian, a dense material. A number of guitar builder have used this material for guitar nuts, bridge pegs, bridge saddle inserts and other. It strongly resembles “bone”.

The tone bar material is hardened Naval Brass.

The muting material is Delrin a thermo plastic material that bridges the gap between plastics and metal.

These Capos produce a bright tone and long sustain.

This is affordable and works well.
